Glossary

Calculate total and interval-based energy costs for a specific location based on provided consumption data and selected tariffs.

This endpoint processes time series consumption data (kWh values with timestamps) and returns detailed cost calculations based on applicable tariff components. It supports various detail levels from summarized totals to full component breakdowns.

**Common use cases:**
- Calculating expected electricity bills for specific consumption profiles
- Performing cost analysis for EV charging
- Creating cost projections for energy management systems

Calculate costs

List of all published countries for use in API requests. Returns country codes, names, and available interval_minutes for each country based on their bid zones and spot price time intervals.

List supported countries

Returns live electricity prices for requested tariffs for a given location (address or coordinates) over 72 hours from yesterday to tomorrow. Prices are returned in local currency and local time, with per_kWh price elements only.

You can request different detail levels:
- `full`: Complete price elements breakdown (default)
- `semi`: Aggregated by organization type
- `summarized`: Only total prices

Get live electricity prices

Return organizations (DSOs/grid operators, retailers, authorities etc.) that are applicable for a specific location. This endpoint helps identify which organizations serve a particular address or coordinate, making it easier to determine appropriate tariffs.

**Common use cases:**
- Finding grid operators (DSOs) in a user's area
- Identifying electricity retailers available at a specific location
- Determining which authorities have applicable fees or subsidies

List Organizations

Returns a list of tariffs based on specified filtering criteria. Tariffs represent specific pricing structures offered by energy organizations.

**Important**: 
- Either `organization` OR `main_tariff` parameter must be provided.
- A location is mandatory - provide either `address` OR `latitude`/`longitude` coordinates.

This endpoint filters tariffs applicable to a specific location and can return optional filter options to help users select the appropriate tariff variant.

List Tariffs

Creates a new user account with the provided credentials. No authentication is required.

Create a new user

Returns details of the currently authenticated user.

Retrieve current user details

Sends a password reset email to the user with the provided email address. No authentication is required.

Request password reset

Resets the user's password using a valid reset token. No authentication is required.

Confirm password reset

Allows the authenticated user to change their password.

Set password for authenticated user

Fetches the current subscriptions for the authenticated user from the Lago API. If no Lago customer ID exists, creates a customer. If no subscriptions exist, creates a subscription for the 'sandbox' plan.
